RETURNS must be sent back within 30 days of receipt of the item (60 days during the Christmas period – between 01/11/21 and 01/01/22) , in perfect original sale condition.
All products must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original tags still attached and packaging intact. We will not be able to offer a refund if these terms are not respected. For EXCHANGES, If you wish to exchange an item, populate Returns FORM and return your original purchase advising the exchange required. If at the time of receipt we do not have the size/colour/item in stock we will offer a credit or full refund.
Return postage is payed by the buyer – we recommend using a trackable service with the full name and email address associated with your order included in the package.
Please populate the Returns FORM with your order number so that we can mark it as a return and help you receive your refund quicker. Please note that if you wish to exchange a product and the size you require is not in stock, we will only be able to offer you a refund.
